It was worth its 3 stars. The restaurant was located within 500 metres. All staff was lovely and greeted us warmly. There were large bathrooms.

The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.

holiday base for 1 night in chateau-du-loir, ideal hotel. it was in a central setting. great to have a mini fridge bar, heating and an electronic key card in the room. altogether it was good value though.
